“We’re disappointed in the outcome of our motion for preliminary relief. The law is now in effect. Our lawyers are interested in hearing directly from individual members who are affected by the law as they consider next steps. The fight continues in court and the lawyers are working toward trial. We don’t have a trial date yet. PFLAG is playing a pivotal role in trying to keep transgender Missourians safe.
