D.C. graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2021, where they were a dedicated LGBTQ+ rights advocate who co-founded a free gender marker and name change clinic for low-income trans folks, expanded gender neutral bathroom access on campus, and published legal scholarship on LGBTQ+ Kansans rights.”
This presentation will be applicable to parents in both Kansas and Missouri. A lot of the law that protects trans students in school is federal, which doesn’t change state to state.
This was a fantastic talk that was filled with so much information.
